Your Role
As the Regional Sales Director at Neo Financial, you will play a crucial role in driving profitability and success within your assigned region. You will oversee and nurture District Managers in the Greater Toronto Area, empowering them to excel in sales, meet performance benchmarks, and uphold Neo's operational standards. Your primary focus will be on enhancing efficiency, reducing Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), and cultivating a high-performance sales culture. This position calls for a proactive leader with exceptional training, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while frequently traveling within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement sales strategies tailored to achieve corporate sales objectives and stimulate revenue growth in your region.
Guide and mentor District Managers by providing continuous coaching, support, and direction to help them effectively lead their teams and meet sales quotas.
Assess regional sales performance, conduct analyses, and implement necessary adjustments to maximize outcomes.
