About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Director to become a vital part of our Revenue team. This role will be responsible for driving strong sales results for our fully insured and self-insured products within the 500-5,000 life segment. Your primary focus will be on relationship management within our partnership ecosystem, engaging with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
Where You’ll Work:
Although Garner is headquartered in New York City, this position is available for individuals comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to our headquarters.
What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product within the 200-5,000 life segment.
- Continue to nurture and expand Garner’s existing partnerships with fully and self-insured brokers.
- Establish foundational infrastructure and processes to track our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
