As a Regional Product Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our Product Development team and commercial stakeholders within the region. Your role will be pivotal in driving regional product initiatives and enhancing collaboration between the commercial and product development teams, ensuring transparency and alignment of objectives. You will oversee the regional development roadmap, coordinating closely with various product development sectors to strategically plan regional priorities, outcomes, and local product enhancements. Success in this role requires a profound understanding of our customers, our products, and the environment in which our regional offerings operate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create and maintain a Feature Backlog and Roadmap tailored to regional product development needs, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy.
- Identify items for product prioritization and facilitate their timely delivery, providing updates on progress and status.
- Support go-to-market planning and communicate the completion of roadmap items to commercial teams, assisting with product demonstrations as necessary.
- Work closely with Product Managers and UX teams to enhance critical customer journeys, ensuring improvements contribute positively to commercial KPIs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Product Development and Regional Commercial Teams.
- Understand compliance requirements in the markets you oversee, ensuring alignment with the Compliance team on upcoming regional needs.
- Own the resolution of any regional concerns related to Product Development.
- Engage with various business areas to maximize the value derived from new product releases.
- Lead multiple concurrent regional initiatives under tight deadlines while ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously evaluate live products in regional markets, monitoring key product KPIs with a business-centric perspective.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer trends and behaviors in your region.
- Oversee project coordination from start to finish, managing stakeholder engagement and team collaboration as required.
