This role serves as a key People Partnering resource for line managers throughout Poland and Sweden, delivering a comprehensive HR generalist service. Responsibilities encompass various critical areas including recruitment, employee engagement, communication, relations, performance management, learning and development initiatives, talent management, and reward and recognition strategies.
The successful candidate will supervise a People Partner based in Wroclaw, Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and professional guidance across the entire spectrum of HR topics, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective management of all recruitment efforts within the client group.
- Develop actionable people strategies in conjunction with Line Managers that align with business objectives, focusing on recruitment, retention, performance, and development.
- Function in a partnership capacity with key stakeholders, coaching and guiding Line Managers in the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work alongside the Learning and Development team to facilitate and support relevant training activities for the client base.
- Coordinate with the global Shared Service Centre to guarantee the delivery of transactional HR services, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to SLA targets.
- Participate in team meetings with key stakeholders and within HR; take the lead in project and working groups focused on HR and client initiatives.
- Leverage employee data and trend analysis to work collaboratively with Line Managers on various people-related issues, such as absence management and attrition rates.
- Oversee the line management of a People Partner in Poland.
- Monitor employee relations in Poland and Sweden, particularly legislative changes that may require a broad organizational response, proposing necessary actions or initiatives.
- Collaborate with Health and Safety teams and Line Management to ensure safe working systems, procedures, and policies are effectively implemented across all in-country locations.
- Interpret and advise on current employment legislation.
- Lead the delivery and proactive review of training needs for people managers, including workshops.
- Utilize Workday and/or other systems to maintain accurate employee data.
