About The Role:
The Pacaso Sales Team delivers an exceptional business-to-customer sales experience, introducing our co-ownership model and attracting new prospective buyers within designated markets.
In this dynamic role, you will engage with potential buyers and identify sales opportunities at the top of the funnel to generate revenue by onboarding new Pacaso owners. Your market insights and enthusiasm will create lasting first impressions, ensuring that prospects receive a friendly and outstanding experience through a consultative sales approach while highlighting the value of the Pacaso model.
The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the entire sales cycle, from tours to closing and onboarding prospective owners. This position demands a strong mindset, a high level of work ethic, effective communication skills, and a results-driven mentality.
