Position Overview
As a Client Leader, you will be instrumental in driving business development, nurturing client relationships, and leading contract negotiations. You will guide clients through our design process and collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the financial success of each project. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will maintain regular client communication, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensure alignment between client and DLR Group objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and scope while meeting client expectations.
- Work with the Project Manager on staffing, role assignments, and performance evaluations for project team members.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and preparing regular status updates.
- Organize and document meetings with staff and clients, coordinating project personnel, vendors, and consultants.
- Engage in client contract negotiations, manage change requests, and address challenges as they arise.
