We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Regional Field Sales Manager for the West region who is passionate about enhancing field execution and performance with our key retail partners. In this role, you will lead regional field strategy, oversee reporting and analytics, and champion sustainability in beauty. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to forge impactful retailer relationships, inspire and develop teams, and execute top-notch in-store training and events. As a seasoned field leader, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment and align with our mission to create effective, environmentally-friendly skincare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive performance and execution across key retail locations in the West, ensuring exceptional in-store standards and brand integrity.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive field strategy for the West region, prioritizing doors and crafting action plans to enhance sales results.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with store teams, collaborating to enhance visibility, engagement, and overall performance.
- Lead regional reporting efforts and performance analyses, translating insights into actionable plans and cross-functional recommendations.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing field team, fostering accountability and readiness across the region.
- Facilitate in-store training and events to boost conversion rates and elevate customer experiences.
- Monitor and assess ROI on regional investments, including training and events, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Maintain a significant in-store presence across priority locations multiple days a week to balance execution with planning and reporting tasks.
