Your Role with Us
As a Regional Coordinator (m/f/d), you serve as a central interface within the company. You will oversee the establishment of new regions, strengthen our teams, and ensure that new locations launch successfully and grow sustainably—from the office or remotely.
You will be the organizational backbone behind the scenes—no field service, no cold calling.
Your Responsibilities
Manage marketing and presentation tasks for Verbund Haushaltshilfe (both digital & internal)
Establish and maintain cooperation with care services and social institutions (via phone & digital)
Oversee the recruitment, support, and management of team leaders
Actively contribute to the development of new locations and provide structural support
Collaborate closely with our internal and external teams (no direct field service responsibility)
Scheduling only in exceptional cases, not part of your daily tasks
