Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Reefscape Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Lead of Operational Strategy & Planning, providing essential operational support for daily project activities at NEOM. Your primary objective will be to meticulously plan and manage resource requirements in alignment with operational goals, ensuring that all operational reporting adheres to established procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, with a particular focus on environmental or marine projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our initiatives positively impact marine ecosystems while strictly adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to define requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with operational goals.
- Coordinate resources internally and externally, ensuring projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Achieve organizational objectives while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating strategic reports, presentations, and documentation for internal leadership and external partners.
- Streamline data collection and presentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support the development of dashboards, tracking tools, and progress reports to enhance visibility over timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Produce operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project organization complies with timeline and deliverable requirements.
- Develop and maintain a project performance database to track overall progress and milestone achievements.
- Effectively assign and monitor resources to optimize project efficiency and maximize output.
- Act as the primary communication link between teams and external resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field with a focus on project coordination and office administration preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within a medium to large enterprise or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Experience in producing reports or dashboards to monitor performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
