As the Recruitment Relationship Manager reporting to the Business Manager or Associate Director, you will champion recruitment best practices throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will embody the Allegis Global Solutions brand in every interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful fulfilment of open positions by collaborating effectively with hiring managers and acting as their primary contact for recruitment needs. In this capacity, you will also guide and coordinate with the Candidate Relationship Specialist and Recruitment Administrator in our offshore recruitment delivery centers.
Your Responsibilities & Impact:
- Exhibit a proven ability to interview and recommend qualified candidates based on targeted skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate experience in engaging with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, and vendors.
- Excel in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and partners within a client-facing environment, with an advisory mindset and extensive industry connections.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of passive talent pools and current hiring trends within the industry.
- Ability to build and maintain robust relationships and cultivate an active network of partners, both internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills are essential for fostering collaborative relationships.
- Expertise in utilizing job boards and databases for sourcing talent.
- Demonstrate motivation in a dynamic work environment while also being capable of working independently.
- Act as an ambassador for both Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.
- Comfortable managing critical Key Performance Indicators such as Time to Fill, Time to Shortlist, Conversion Rates, Quality Ratios, Service Excellence, and Cost Optimization.
- Thorough understanding of current diversity strategies and practices, providing actionable recommendations to enhance diversity in hiring while upholding candidate quality.
- Proficient in managing assigned lines of business and stakeholders, offering subject matter expertise, and engaging in meaningful dialogue with key stakeholders backed by real-time market insights and talent advisory.
- Prior experience with various TA technology tools such as ATS or CRM, psychometric assessments, technical assessments, and video interviewing platforms.
