Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential attorney leads through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly recruiting goals.
- Foster and nurture positive relationships with clients and attorneys.
- Experience in the legal sector is highly valued.
- Identify and analyze emerging markets and trends in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance our network and improve the customer journey.
- Recruit qualified attorneys to expand their practices through available hearing opportunities.
- Provide basic information regarding hearings and schedules on incoming calls.
- Demonstrate a strong motivation for success.
- Effectively manage workload while adhering to company guidelines.
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit, assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, particularly in professional services or a related area.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in technology, especially Mac OS and the Google Suite.
- Self-motivated with a critical thinking approach to contribute to business growth.
