Role Description
We are in search of an exceptionally organized, proactive, and adaptable Recruiting Coordinator to join our collaborative talent acquisition team. As a crucial partner to our recruiters and hiring teams, you will help maintain an efficient recruitment process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Your organizational and communication skills will be vital in facilitating seamless visits to our manufacturing facility, ensuring interviews and hiring events run smoothly, and maintaining the accuracy of our recruiting data. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced start-up environment, gain valuable experience in recruiting operations, and directly contribute to the growth of our mission-driven manufacturing initiatives!
This position offers a hybrid work opportunity, requiring you to work onsite at our Weirton office two days a week.
