We are on the lookout for a dynamic Real Estate Associate Project Manager to join our global Real Estate team at Datadog. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing our coworking, on-demand, and direct office services around the world. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Real Estate, you will oversee all coworking initiatives across Europe and Asia, managing small real estate projects and administrative tasks in an ever-evolving environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coworking access across EMEA and APAC, while providing backup support for AMER and LATAM to ensure seamless coworking experiences for our employees.
- Collaborate with Design & Construction and Office Operations teams to coordinate EMEA and APAC coworking floor plans and services on small projects.
- Conduct weekly capacity updates for all coworking locations as necessary.
- Work with Accounts Payable to maintain and update credit card information for coworking and assist with invoicing matters.
- Manage the Datadog Coworking Members summary, tracking all activities, including member adjustments, capacity changes, and pay-on-demand memberships.
- Oversee the onboarding of global coworking vendors and the creation of purchase orders.
- Monitor and report on the utilization of all coworking locations in EMEA and APAC.
- Analyze monthly pay-on-demand reports and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and manage costs.
- Conduct site evaluations and inspections as needed, engaging with teams to address any issues.
- Ensure that coworking offices are maintained according to lease agreements and update all vendor and landlord contact lists along with quarterly review materials.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing ideas that help the Datadog Real Estate team operate efficiently and deliver “best in class” results.
