What Will You Do?
In your role as a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with your colleagues to monitor adherence to aviation regulations and standards applicable to Transavia.
You will conduct audits and inspections within our compliance monitoring system, report findings to various responsible parties, and oversee the follow-up actions. Additionally, you will advise the organization on regulations in aviation and contribute to the development of our quality management system.
Your collaboration will extend to operational departments such as Flight Operations, Operations Control Center, Ground Services, and Cabin Service, along with our internal training program. You will perform audits and inspections at various training facilities, including flight simulators and cabin crew training centers. Moreover, you will assess actual flight operations and the processes of our ground handlers and other suppliers both domestically and internationally.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards through audits, inspections, and verification checks;
- Collecting and analyzing quality and safety data;
- Advising, guiding, and training the organization in maintaining quality and safety within operational processes and procedures;
- Monitoring and advising on the implementation of new and amended regulations;
- Maintaining and managing the quality system, including software, procedures, and work instructions;
- Collaborating and exchanging relevant information for our company certifications (AOC, ATO, and IOSA) with internal and external parties, such as the Dutch Transport and Water Management Inspectorate (IL&T).
