Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with our rigorous standards for reliability and workmanship, as well as other quality control program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of output samples using industry-standard methods, including comparisons to specifications, measurements of dimensions, and functionality assessments, alongside necessary electrical testing.
- Ensure that assembly and production lines adhere to established standards and procedures, while also complying with relevant legal requirements.
- Review blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications to evaluate produced goods and generate reports documenting any discrepancies.
- Accurately record inspection outcomes by completing reports, summarizing re-works and waste, and entering data into a quality database.
- Assist in training the production team on quality control processes to enhance product quality.
- Propose recommendations for improvements in the production process.
- Monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and remove any that do not meet standards.
- Stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities and ongoing training.
- Maintain measurement equipment accuracy through regular calibration and necessary repairs.
