Job Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your mission will be to empower ABC Legal Services by ensuring we collaborate with the most effective process servers in the industry. This role entails coaching, training, and delivering constructive feedback to maximize the success of our process servers. Please note, this position is fully remote but candidates should be located in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, train, and educate underperforming process servers based on established metrics.
- Create a positive and engaging experience for all process servers, including:
- Providing direct coaching and meaningful feedback.
- Addressing queries and resolving obstacles faced by process servers.
- Clarifying expectations and timelines for performance improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations for underperforming servers.
- Review daily reports, proactively reach out to disengaged servers to identify and address challenges impacting their job performance.
- Accountability measures to directly influence server performance.
- Communicate all obstacles to the leadership team, collaborating closely with the recruiting department for additional coverage when necessary.
