Join Eataly, the vibrant Italian marketplace, as our Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Lead at Eataly Downtown! Here, our guests enjoy an array of delicious quick service options including artisanal coffee, delectable pastries, mouth-watering pizza, and quick meal solutions. As the QSR Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our QSR counters, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will report directly to the QSR Assistant General Managers and will have the responsibility of supervising a dedicated team of QSR Sales Associates and Baristas.
- Establish a visible leadership presence on the floor, engaging with guests, team members, and vendors to maintain smooth operations and uphold Eataly’s high hospitality standards.
- Train, inspire, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Procure supplies, beverages, and equipment following the directives of the QSR General Manager.
- Oversee inventory, verify orders, and distribute supplies throughout the department as needed.
- Manage transactions, ensuring accurate accounting practices are followed.
- Document shift notes and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Investigate and resolve guest incidents effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
