Your Role
As a Python Developer, you will take on a pivotal role with high ownership, directly influencing the deployment and scalability of AI in practical business applications. Working alongside the CTO and a senior engineering team, you will establish integration architecture, delivery methodologies, and technical standards within our growing AI startup. This position merges in-depth backend engineering with strategic stakeholder engagement, creating integrations vital to our clients’ revenue operations and facilitating the large-scale adoption of AI by significant accounts and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire integration delivery process—from scoping and design through development, testing, and deployment—ensuring solutions meet business requirements and production readiness.
Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to oversee the integration lifecycle: defining requirements, structuring tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Design and document integration solutions utilizing Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL, supported by comprehensive documentation including UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD.
Manage daily project operations through sprint planning, progress tracking, resolution of blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, manage scope, and prevent deviations from established priorities.
Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies in project management.
