Your Role
As a Purchasing Administrative Assistant at Dura Vermeer, you will be an essential link within our Procurement Support department. You will work across our offices in Cruquius, Alkmaar, and Amsterdam, collaborating with a passionate team focused on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. You will ensure our procurement processes run smoothly, from contract formation to data processing.
Your responsibilities include supporting the procurement team and various project teams at both administrative and operational levels. Your tasks will encompass:
Drafting, processing, and maintaining procurement and framework contracts.
Keeping procurement overviews and financial data up to date.
Creating and managing files for new suppliers and partners.
Analyzing and processing procurement data.
Purchasing materials and services for small-scale projects.
You will be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring structure, clarity, and a uniform approach. You will frequently interact with internal and external parties, and your proactive attitude will help connect everyone timely, ensuring agreements are accurately recorded and prices are precisely aligned.
