Hotel: Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt – a hotel experience like no other!
- Manage the entire resident lifecycle: application processing, screenings, lease renewals, and turnover management.
- Cultivate a positive resident experience through effective communication, newsletters, and community events.
- Ensure maintenance coordination and cleanliness of public spaces.
- Act as the primary contact for retail tenants and parking affiliates.
- Monitor apartment and parking inventory while contributing to business growth.
- Maintain operational systems, including tracking rent payments, logs, packages, and move-ins.
- Help coordinate group bookings, small events, catering, contracts, and customer relationship management tasks (training provided).
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication across both businesses.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and responsiveness.
- Enjoys working with diverse teams and adapting to different environments (residents vs. hotel guests).
- Is self-motivated and proactive in identifying tasks that need attention.
- Is comfortable using technology, including emails, spreadsheets, shared drives, and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with Yardi or hotel property management systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various department heads.
- Holds a valid Tennessee real estate license.
