Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on construction sites.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor schedules, manage changes, and control costs.
- Prepare monthly payment statements.
- Facilitate coordination meetings.
- Analyze contractor planning methods to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare necessary documents for supervising repair and construction projects.
- Contribute to business strategies and mentor the next generation within the company.
