As a Project Manager II, your contributions will be invaluable in driving our projects forward!
This position is based on-site in the vibrant city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Project Manager II plays a crucial role in coordinating and completing assigned projects, managing projects of level 2 to level 4 complexity. In this role, you will lead new process projects utilizing our Process Migration Methodology (PMM) and be the primary point of contact during new process transitions, overseeing all facets of the project in accordance with established Project Management Office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan project timelines and deliverables to meet goals while adhering to constraints such as time, budget, and scope.
- Continuously monitor project progress, providing status updates through regular meetings and reports.
- Oversee all activities related to transition projects, including scheduling, planning, and reporting.
- Identify, log, and manage potential issues and risks, implementing corrective actions and assessing impacts on project scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Determine resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities.
- Review team deliverables prior to client communication.
- Apply methodologies effectively and enforce project standards.
- Negotiate and articulate a final vision for the product and core project goals.
- Define acceptance criteria or collaborate with specialists to establish criteria for project deliverables.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors as needed.
- Conclude projects by generating end reports or evaluations, and conducting deployment meetings and activities.
