Join Chemin as a Project Delivery Manager, where you will be pivotal in providing high-quality labeled data at scale. Your role involves collaborating closely with our Client Solutions, Tech, and Talent & Partnership teams to guarantee seamless project execution, outstanding client results, and the success of your Annotators' teams.
Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will lead a dynamic team of Project Executives, part-time Project Associates, and Annotators. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture through effective coaching, professional development, and resource optimization, while enhancing our onboarding, training, and guidance for Project Managers.
Strategically, you will implement initiatives to bolster processes and introduce systems that stabilize projects within 30 days. Collaborating with Chemin's clients, you will ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities for recurring revenue.
This position is perfect for a proactive mid-level manager who thrives in a collaborative setting and is keen on expanding their leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Account Management
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time with superior quality outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and drive account growth.

- Onboard, train, and mentor Project Managers.
