Your responsibilities also encompass ventilation systems, distribution systems, heat pump boilers, piping, and electrical work. Whether it's a single home with one unit or a complex project with multiple systems, you ensure our technicians are equipped with the right materials, clear work orders, and a meticulous schedule.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the linchpin between project leaders, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring the seamless execution of our sustainable projects. Typically, your focus will be on heat pumps—whether hybrid or all-electric, air-to-water or ground source—but your work will also include ventilation, distribution systems, heat pump boilers, piping, and electrical installations. You might be coordinating a simple home project or tackling a technically demanding initiative that integrates various systems.
Prepare, review, and process work orders in Syntess.
Select, order materials, and monitor delivery schedules.
Assist project leaders with preparation, planning, and progress tracking.
Learn to perform calculations such as heat loss, sound, and radiator assessments.
Collaborate and provide technical advice on suitable solutions.
You will primarily work in the office but will regularly visit sites for assessments or completions.
Maintain daily communication with colleagues—both technicians and office staff—as well as suppliers and clients.
