Project Coordinator - Energy Infrastructure

As a Project Coordinator in Energy Infrastructure, you will be instrumental in preparing and coordinating projects within the energy infrastructure sector. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly: from planning and obtaining permits to managing materials and coordinating with subcontractors. With your technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, you will help ensure that our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the central figure in the preparation, coordination, and execution of projects, providing direct (administrative) support to both the execution team and project management.
Ensure strict follow-up on schedules related to material management and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, timely identifying and reporting any bottlenecks.
Request KLIC (Dutch excavation permits) and prepare soil checks.
Coordinate the acquisition of permits and align approvals with municipalities and other authorities.
Oversee and safeguard the quality of execution, promptly reporting findings and deviations to your supervisor.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Keep project documentation up to date and report on progress to the project leader.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and agreed-upon arrangements.
