The position is part of the Training Directorate, reporting to the head of the recruitment and academic mobility unit responsible for organizing recruitments of both French and international students in the engineering cycle and selecting and supporting students for academic exchanges domestically and internationally.
The recruitment and academic mobility unit comprises six team members (including this position) and collaborates closely with the International Affairs Directorate, the Communication Directorate, and numerous partner institutions both nationally and internationally.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Support the head of the recruitment and student mobility unit across all activities.
2) Assist in organizing the international exchange forum (scheduled for November 2026 at the school) in collaboration with the International Affairs Directorate.
Act as a project group member.
Engage with students and provide guidance for their presentations on mobility experiences.
