Position Overview
The Programme Administration Team Leader is entrusted with leading and managing the Programme Administration team, ensuring that students, academic staff, and stakeholders receive exceptional administrative support. This role is pivotal in coordinating high-quality program and module administration, contributing significantly to an outstanding student experience and seamless academic processes.
You will supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency in processes, accuracy in records, and clarity in communications. Collaborating closely with academic and administrative teams, you will enhance program delivery and support the overarching goals of our educational institutions.
