About the job
Program Manager, Fellowships
Mozilla Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an innovative technology future, driven by people, designed with openness, and inspired by creativity.
We create people-centric alternatives to the current extractive systems, collaborating with developers, innovators, and advocates who believe in the possibility of a better technological future that we can collectively shape.
Team Overview
The Imagination & Strategic Growth (I&SG) team is a pivotal executive function within Mozilla Foundation, emphasizing imagination as a fundamental capability in technology development. This team operates at the crossroads of culture, strategy, and sustainable growth, transforming creative intelligence into new technologies, partnerships, and ongoing investments.
I&SG oversees the Foundation’s creative R&D program, Creative Futures, alongside the Fellowships program as key components of our mission.
The Mozilla Fellowships program is a transformative leadership initiative supporting individuals who carry visionary, boundary-pushing ideas into institutions, movements, policy frameworks, media, and public spheres. Our fellows advocate for more accountable, people-oriented technology futures while integrated within host organizations and networks.
As the Program Manager for Fellowships, you will be the operational backbone of this initiative, converting strategic vision into structured and effective program delivery throughout the entire Fellowship lifecycle.
