SUMMARY
Agile Defense is on the lookout for a highly skilled Program Manager to spearhead an enterprise cybersecurity program, overseeing the delivery and development of 24/7 Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) services for various federal clients. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, thrive both independently and in collaborative settings, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Proficiency in Program Management, Cyber Operations (Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence), Security Engineering, and modernization is essential. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience supporting a 24/7 CSOC environment, either as an analyst or engineer, along with experience in leading technical teams within the SOC and managing programs. This role entails providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and deep technical expertise across pivotal mission areas such as cyber operations, security engineering, information assurance, and modernization initiatives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Manager will leverage their extensive experience to analyze complex cybersecurity challenges, propose actionable plans for both Contractor and Government personnel, and manage Contractor teams to facilitate successful resolutions. This individual will act as the primary liaison for USG Government representatives.
In addition to corporate responsibilities such as solution and proposal development, fostering a positive corporate culture, mentoring team members, and supporting recruitment efforts, the Program Manager will also serve as a point of contact for various internal and external customers. The program currently operates in a hybrid model, with scheduled remote and onsite requirements at designated customer locations as directed.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Conducting quality assurance reviews of all CSOC activities by analyzing metrics and case studies.
· Leading the planning, organization, scheduling, and progress reporting for diverse projects.
· Constructing and optimizing operational workflows across various initiatives.
