Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery for programs involving distributed teams across various locations.
- Enhance operational performance by establishing benchmarks, timelines, and resource allocations necessary for achieving strategic objectives. Proactively recommend and implement improvements while setting standards for accountability and success metrics.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement initiatives that promote process improvement, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing communication, setting realistic service expectations, and ensuring consistent satisfaction levels.
- Educate clients on established processes and best practices to foster trust in our program services and solutions.
- Work alongside internal teams to strengthen client relationships and identify business development opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends to assist the Client Service team in maximizing revenue through service expansion and diversification.
- Partner with the Production team to develop new offerings and support client-facing teams in presenting compelling value propositions.
- Strengthen relationships across diverse teams involved in account management.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to enhance customer satisfaction, quality delivery, process efficiency, and profitability.
