As a Program Manager (PgM) at PagerDuty, you will play a vital role in driving large-scale programs and projects to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include identifying key stakeholders, setting strategic roadmaps for the program, leading delivery efforts, reporting on progress, and maintaining a high standard of quality. You will manage complex inter-team dependencies, serving as a bridge in technical management while collaborating effectively with engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and customer service teams.
