Join Odyssey Systems as a Program Control Analyst in our dynamic Life Sciences portfolio, located in the National Capital Region. This is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days on-site each week.
Responsibilities
- Utilize financial and accounting principles to furnish leadership with precise and dependable income statement analysis, offering insights into operational trends.
- Deliver monthly internal financial reporting and forecasting to the Controller and Life Sciences Executive Director/Director Leadership.
- Engage in monthly and quarterly financial analysis reviews with the Life Sciences leadership team, creating presentation materials for leadership review.
- Support group and division leadership with business management for a diverse and intricate portfolio.
- Generate monthly contract deliverables and collaborate with customer leadership for discussions and reviews.
- Provide financial and operational analysis to offer insights and recommendations on executing contracts within the Life Sciences portfolio (Cost, Schedule, Performance), including current and past contracts in preparation for closeout.
- Maintain oversight of all portfolio financials and manpower projections, actively coordinating with Government, Odyssey, and Subcontractor contacts to ensure timely and accurate reporting of hours, financials, and invoices.
- Assist Odyssey program and functional managers with various informational reports, detailed analyses, and guidelines regarding employee and subcontractor utilization of hours, travel, and funding execution.
- Leverage contract, accounting, and financial management expertise to support managers in the successful planning and execution of daily operations.
