Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment Program Specialists to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Handle back-end operational and administrative support tasks, including updates to hiring managers, cost centers, end dates, and customer-defined fields within the vendor management system.
- Input new contractor profiles (contact details) and assignment information into the VMS (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN).
- Assist Recruitment Program Specialists with extending contract assignments.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new contractors.
- Coordinate with managers, vendors, and the security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected before and after assignments.
- Ensure the closure of all work orders in the VMS upon notification of assignment completion.
- Notify the security department of assignment completions.
- Help collect contractor hours and facilitate time approval from hiring managers.
- Maintain constant communication via email, VOP, and phone with hiring managers, supplier partners (recruitment agencies), contract personnel, and others.
- Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork for contractors to commence assignments on schedule.
- Document all client and supplier inquiries in Salesforce.com or equivalent tools.
- Assist in generating and reviewing standard program reports as required.
- Provide general support for program operations and system users.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Monitor data integrity and collaborate effectively with peers.
