What does this role entail?
The Professional Services Engineer for AI is a client-facing, billable position within our delivery team. You will be responsible for the remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE CXone platform. This role is pivotal in delivering specialized AI solutions—including chatbots, voicebots, and knowledge assistants—while integrating strong technical skills with conversational design knowledge. Collaborating closely with project teams from sales transfer through project completion, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.
How will you contribute?
Technical Execution & Delivery:
- Lead and manage implementation activities for NICE CSA solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize solutions per customer and project specifications.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide technical configuration and, when necessary, light programming (JavaScript, HTML/CSS for UI adjustments).
- Oversee development and enhancement of existing applications, managing and coordinating changes.
- Structure knowledge repository hierarchies and mappings for intuitive navigation.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables aligning with project and Center of Excellence objectives.
