What Does This Role Entail?
The Professional Services Engineer specializing in AI is a pivotal customer-facing role within our delivery team, focusing on the remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE CXone platform. This position emphasizes delivering AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, voicebots, and knowledge assistants while combining strong technical skills with expertise in conversational design. You will collaborate closely with project teams from the sales handoff to project closure, ensuring that our customers achieve exceptional outcomes.
Your Impact:
Technical Execution & Delivery:
- Lead and execute implementation activities for NICE CSA solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Configure, integrate, and enhance solutions based on customer and project specifications.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the Customer Services Automation Center of Excellence.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables in alignment with project and Center of Excellence objectives.
- Contribute to developing and adopting best practices and methodologies for NICE CSA solutions.
- Must be open to working shifts that cover APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions.
