Your Role as a Professional Services Consultant
As a Professional Services Consultant at GBG in the Americas, you will facilitate the technical implementation of our identity verification platform for clients. Working hand-in-hand with senior team members, you will guide clients through their deployment processes, offer technical support during onboarding, and ensure they achieve success with our solutions. This position presents an excellent chance to sharpen your technical consulting skills while collaborating with enterprise clients on critical identity verification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with technical implementations from initiation to launch, supporting API/SDK integrations under the mentorship of senior consultants.
- Guide clients in understanding and configuring our platform to address their specific requirements, including deployment strategies, Capture SDKs, APIs, and low-code solutions.
- Develop client-specific documentation and participate in training sessions to equip client teams with effective platform usage.
- Engage in discovery and onboarding activities by posing clarifying questions, preparing technical documentation, and aiding in workflow design and product configuration.
- Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure successful production launches.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex inquiries to senior team members or relevant internal teams.
