Your Role:
The Professional Services Account Manager serves as a critical overlay within the Account Team, tasked with identifying, investigating, and defining professional service proposals and scopes of work for both prospects and clients. The Account Manager interprets service engagement needs and prepares the necessary contractual documentation to ensure client success from both presales and post-sales perspectives.
In addition to supporting the sales account team and initiatives, the Account Manager is responsible for delivering engagements according to the agreed-upon scope of work, ensuring client success. This role necessitates active collaboration with the Service Delivery and Resource Management teams to achieve the commitments made to clients.
Organizational Structure:
- Reports to the Director or Senior Director of Professional Services.
- No direct reports.
Your Opportunity:
- Achieve or surpass annual and quarterly service sales booking targets.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of implementing Tenable solutions.
- Identify and cultivate service opportunities alongside developing supporting business cases.
- Gather client business requirements and exposure management goals to define service proposals.
- Align Tenable services with client objectives for optimal outcomes.
