CDL Holders: We will support you in obtaining your Passenger Endorsement and transition you into a driving role! Successful candidates will enter a structured program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and certifications to thrive as a CDL driver.
- CDL Permit is required prior to your start date.
- Complete a 3-week training program to secure your Passenger Endorsement, which combines theoretical learning with practical, behind-the-wheel training.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage ranging from $27.75 to $35.75.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions (30+ hours).
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions (20+ hours).
Your pay may also include potential safety bonuses, based on your experience level, CDL classification, and endorsements.
Premium Pay Opportunities:
- Earn an additional $2.00 per hour when driving a school bus route.
- Receive an additional $1.00 per hour while operating a motorcoach route.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients along scheduled routes.
- Conduct daily safety checks on vehicles and report any issues promptly; maintain accurate documentation.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a seamless experience for passengers.
- Exhibit professionalism and prioritize safety in all actions.
- Perform DOT inspections on assigned vehicles and refuel as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possession of a valid CDL.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
