The Role
As a Production Technician at Greenthumb Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw cannabis flower into our exquisite range of medicated products. Guided by our dedicated management team, your responsibilities will include producing, packaging, and handling products, managing inventory duties, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and prioritizing safety in our facility. Responsibilities
- Achieve production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Produce products according to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), upholding our high-quality standards.
- Package products correctly, ensuring appropriate labeling to comply with state regulations.
- Follow all standards for processing procedures and laboratory protocols.
- Adhere to local and state compliance regulations.
- Implement quality control methods throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes.
- Utilize the state traceability system to electronically input packaged products.
- Efficiently manage time to meet production targets while consistently delivering quality products.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at the end of each shift.
- Demonstrate basic organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Windows-based operating software.
- Exercise independent judgment regarding product processing while keeping quality and objectives in mind.
- Foster a positive work environment through a proactive attitude and self-motivation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; some college education or a degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols.
