As the Product Owner for the Value-based Platform (VBP) at Risant Health, you will spearhead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our innovative VBP solution portfolio. Collaborating closely with both business and clinical leadership, your focus will be on delivering solutions that effectively address the needs of customers, clinicians, and consumers alike. Your efforts will be pivotal in positioning Risant Health as a frontrunner in value-based care within the U.S. health market.
Your responsibilities will encompass translating the insights and requirements of our stakeholders into actionable product specifications, guiding the development of superior value-based care solutions. You will work in tandem with cross-functional teams, managing product backlogs, defining user stories, supporting sprint execution, and ensuring the successful launch of products. Reporting to the VBP Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that product development aligns with our strategic objectives while enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with organizational objectives and customer needs. Convert this vision into measurable OKRs and a prioritized roadmap utilizing frameworks like DVF, balancing stakeholder feedback, market trends, and technical viability.
- Backlog & Requirements Management: Maintain ownership of the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and key performance metrics. Ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives using tools such as Jira.
- Sprint Execution & Delivery: Lead the sprint planning and execution process by preparing user stories, clarifying requirements, and supporting both development and QA teams. Review completed work, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure that deliverables meet established goals and specifications.
- User Experience & Design: Collaborate with design teams to ensure the creation of intuitive, user-centered experiences that cater to the needs of clinicians, patients, and other users, while advocating for UX best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between diverse cross-functional teams (clinical, engineering, data, legal, etc.) and stakeholders, facilitating alignment, clear communication, and timely updates regarding product strategies, milestones, and decisions.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with analytics teams to assess impact and make informed decisions.
- Go-to-Market Support: Assist with the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of product value.
