We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner for our Administrative Information Systems to join our team in Echandens, Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our administrative information systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing administrative information systems (ERP, personnel planning, HCM, etc.) in close collaboration with users.
- Overseeing the planning, execution of releases, and management of testing processes.
- Gathering and managing business requirements effectively.
- Conducting thorough analysis, developing concepts, and specifying project needs.
- Providing support and oversight for all phases of administrative IT projects across our clinics.
- Ensuring seamless communication between administrative/clinical sectors and IT departments.
- Acting as a liaison between clinics (1st/2nd Level Support) and support organizations of outsourcing partners.
- Leading the vision and strategy for administrative information systems, aligning with organizational goals and user needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and actionable items for the development team.
- Facilitating planning, review, and retrospective meetings for sprints, ensuring effective Agile development processes.
- Regularly organizing demonstrations and presentations to showcase new features and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Analyzing system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance leads, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in administrative information systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
