Your Role
At Dura Vermeer, we are focusing on enhancing the Customer & Market domain as a product domain. As the Product Owner for CRM, you will be responsible for maximizing the value derived from our Dynamics CRM platform for tenders, projects, and relationship management. You will operate at the intersection of commerce, project management, data, and IT, ensuring that CRM becomes an integral part of how we collaborate with clients and partners.
In your role as Product Owner CRM, you will be the central figure responsible for the CRM domain within Dura Vermeer. You will ensure that CRM aligns with the division's strategy and the daily operations of the business units. Given that the CRM platform is utilized across Dura Vermeer, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from other business units.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining a clear product vision and roadmap for CRM, aligned with Dura Vermeer’s commercial and strategic objectives;
Gathering requirements from tender managers, commercial managers, project organizations, and staff departments and translating these into a prioritized product backlog;
Making informed decisions by evaluating impact, value, risks, and effort, and determining with stakeholders what should be prioritized;
Elaborating user stories and acceptance criteria and aligning them with colleagues in Information Management and Group IT to ensure clarity on what needs to be built or adjusted;
Proactively monitoring data quality in CRM and initiating actions (process-oriented, technical, and training) to structurally improve it;
Ensuring coherence between CRM and other applications (such as project and reporting solutions) and aiming for a unified information base;
