About the job
At Anduril Industries, we are at the forefront of defense technology, dedicated to revolutionizing military capabilities for the U.S. and its allies through advanced technological solutions. Our mission is to integrate the innovative expertise and methodologies of 21st-century enterprises into the defense sector, fundamentally altering the design, construction, and deployment of military systems. Our systems are driven by Lattice OS, an AI-enhanced operating system that seamlessly transforms extensive data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control interface. As we navigate a new era of strategic competition, Anduril is steadfast in delivering cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies to military operations in a matter of months rather than years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Space team at Anduril is focused on expanding our AI-driven capabilities into the realm of space, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for the U.S. military and allied partners. We are actively developing fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, to counter the escalating threats in space and ensure our Guardians maintain a tactical edge in this contested domain.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Product Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in operating, maintaining, and updating a classified networking capability that delivers operational Space Domain Awareness data for the United States Space Force. Anduril utilizes a robust networking infrastructure to support global operations across customer sites. You will collaborate closely with fellow Product Operations team members, Mission Operations Engineers, Software Engineers, and Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to provide direct support to end-users of operational systems.
Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for end-users at various global locations and delivering clear, concise documentation for training remote non-network technical staff on routine tasks such as device configuration, basic troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. You will partner with our Mission Software Engineering team to deploy new capabilities during future system integrations.
This role is intimately connected to a funded program within Anduril’s Space Business Line, focused on developing and deploying a resilient, software-defined, distributed mesh networking layer to facilitate critical Space Domain Awareness data. We collaborate with mission partners and operators to ensure reliable and robust capabilities are deployed on operational timelines to address complex challenges across the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
