Join Panorama Education as a Product Marketing Manager, a pivotal role within our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you will serve as a crucial link between our innovative product development and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch Management
- Product Launch Execution: Spearhead the comprehensive execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Product Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of specific product SKU(s), from initial market positioning to sustained success, driving both new customer acquisition and client expansion.
- Performance Measurement: Collaborate with revenue and marketing operations to establish product scorecards and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate how our products contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Messaging & Content Creation
- Core Messaging Development: Craft compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and differentiated messaging that resonate with our target market segments.
- AI Communication: Simplify intricate AI concepts and features into accessible, benefit-oriented language that enhances Panorama’s reputation as the preferred AI partner.
- Product Content Creation: Generate engaging content that clarifies our products’ benefits, including product one-pagers, website copy, videos, and collaborative materials for guides, webinars, and presentations.
GTM Enablement
- Sales Tools Creation: Develop essential tools for our field and partner teams, such as pitch decks, talking points, competitive analysis, and ROI calculators.
- Internal Training: Facilitate training sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams on new features, enabling them to effectively communicate product value and address common objections.
- Feedback Mechanism: Serve as the bridge between field teams, customers, and Product teams, collecting market feedback to inform future product strategies.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Customer Insights: Conduct interviews and research to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by our diverse personas (Superintendents, Principals, Teachers), and advocate for the voice of the customer.
- Competitive Analysis: Track competitor actions and industry trends, providing clear insights on how Panorama maintains its competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring product performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in education is a plus.
