We are in search of a proactive and strategic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead product positioning and market entry initiatives for KAYAK for Business (K4B). In this pivotal role, you will enhance product adoption by effectively conveying K4B's value proposition to corporate clients and ensuring their needs are represented across our teams, acting as the foremost advocate for our products and features.
This position requires in-office presence at our Cambridge, MA office for a minimum of three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research and collect both quantitative and qualitative feedback to articulate customer requirements to our Commercial, Product, and Engineering divisions.
Identify and document buyer personas, pain points, and use cases; propose new features and enhancements that address customer challenges and fulfill essential use cases.
Craft our product narrative and messaging to communicate K4B's value in the corporate travel landscape, customized for various customer personas.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and product offerings; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop positioning, communications, and sales training materials.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Communications to execute external positioning and product-centric marketing campaigns.
Support external marketing initiatives, including our public website, blog entries, and industry events.
Develop and maintain sales enablement resources such as presentations, battlecards, case studies, and product demos.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in formulating clear product positioning and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS offerings.
Proven track record of conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
