About The Role:
We are in search of a dynamic Product Marketing Executive responsible for the commercial success and market positioning of our CPaaS channels. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the launch and sustained success of the Commify Platform, focusing primarily on WhatsApp while also supporting additional emerging channels.
Your primary mission will be to foster growth through effective Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and thorough market and competitor analysis. You will create impactful collateral and enablement materials that clarify technical functionalities into tangible value for both internal teams and external customers. Collaborating across various functions, you will influence pricing strategies and ensure alignment with the Product Marketing Delivery Plan and broader Commify objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a product marketing or commercial role, ideally within CPaaS, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment.
- Adept at managing diverse workloads, effectively transitioning between the technical aspects of various communication channels.
- Experience within a global organization, customizing strategies to align with different regional market dynamics and customer behaviors.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confident presentation skills, able to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Background in market-facing roles, including delivering presentations to clients and prospects, conducting competitor analyses, and performing market research.
- Demonstrated ability to produce precise, compelling, and audience-specific materials.
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Project, or Basecamp.
- Comfortable utilizing collaboration platforms to enhance teamwork.
