About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the Search product within the BEES application. Search is an essential function for BEES, driving product discoverability and significantly influencing GMV across various markets. This position is part of the BEES Core team, tasked with developing scalable, dependable, and reusable capabilities that serve multiple BEES platforms (Customer, Force, and Link).
In this role, you will collaborate intensively with engineering, data, design, and various product teams to enhance our search algorithms, infrastructure, and overall user experience, ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, and relevance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product strategy for the Search domain, guaranteeing high availability, relevance, and performance across diverse regions;
- Serve as a liaison between product and engineering, translating business requirements into well-defined epics, features, and technical specifications;
- Lead the refinement of the backlog, breaking down epics into actionable stories in partnership with engineering teams;
- Collaborate with multiple BEES product teams, as Search impacts product lists across various value streams within the applications;
- Continuously monitor search performance and health metrics by country, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
