About the job
About Our Team
At SumUp, our Partnerships, Enterprise, and Retail channels play a vital role in our growth strategy. However, the tools and systems that support these channels have lacked the dedicated product oversight they require. As the inaugural Product Manager for this area, you will join a newly established team under Mission Acquisition, working to create the operational and technical foundations that will enable these channels to expand confidently. If you thrive on transforming fragmented processes and neglected systems into a cohesive, scalable product ecosystem, and if you are well-versed in Salesforce, this position is tailored for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for Salesforce workflows, partner management tools, and partner self-service functionalities across Partnerships, Enterprise, and Retail channels.
- Identify operational challenges faced by partnership teams and translate these into prioritized solutions developed in collaboration with Engineering.
- Develop the strategy and future direction of the Partner Portal, evolving it into a coherent and globally scalable product.
- Enhance data foundations and reporting quality to ensure key partnership KPIs are effectively tracked and actionable.
- Coordinate priorities across product, revenue operations, analytics, and channel stakeholders, balancing immediate wins with a long-term platform vision.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in delivering product enhancements within CRM, internal tooling, or commercial operations settings, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Strong technical understanding when collaborating with Engineering teams on solution design and trade-offs, especially within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business processes related to partnership management, sales operations, and lead management.
- Ability to convert complex, cross-functional workflows into clear, actionable product specifications, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
- Comfortable balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.
