In this role, you will take charge of the product initiatives within our integrations domain, encompassing ERP, HRIS, billing, and data warehouse connectors powered by our integration platform partners and direct APIs.
Collaborating closely with a senior PM and the Director of Product, you will spearhead the discovery process, outline effective solutions, and ensure that our expanding connector ecosystem efficiently meets the needs of hundreds of customers.

Triaging Technical Issues: Address and resolve integration challenges, working closely with engineering and customer success teams.
