Join Experian as a Product Manager in our expanding Business Information Product Management team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Data Propositions Product Director, you will transform our industry-leading Commercial Credit & Risk bureau into scalable, revenue-generating data solutions. Your contributions will ensure that CAIS and CATO continue to be recognized as the most dependable and predictive datasets in the market.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of products, including Experian's essential commercial credit risk scores, portfolio monitoring services, and additional offerings powered by our core Commercial Bureau data, which encompasses Commercial CAIS and Commercial CATO. You will also collaborate with our analytics and data science teams to leverage our data effectively and manage analytics projects for lenders.
Your influence will extend to shaping APIs, scores, batch, and online data solutions that enable commercial lenders to efficiently and compliantly acquire, originate, manage customers, and collect debts from UK SMEs and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate the next phase of our business data propositions and APIs, establishing a high standard of quality while providing expert insight to validate desirability, develop and launch new use cases, modeling capabilities, and data blocks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product leadership to craft product strategies, defining both short-term and long-term roadmaps, goals, objectives, and key results.
- Engage with clients to identify MVP features and roadmap items, ensuring the client's voice is represented throughout the design and engineering processes.
- Deliver comprehensive product management by co-creating and validating product desirability, managing the backlog, and aligning our strategy with end-user value.
- Partner with commercial, technical, data office, and design teams to achieve significant results.
